For most of my adult life I've struggled with my weight. I would constantly berate myself because I wasn’t happy with how I looked and how I felt.  I just wanted to feel confident and good in my body. So I tried diet after diet - on the search for the magic bullet that would finally work! I tried eating less, counting calories, exercising more and harder. I did Weight Watchers, Slimming World, Meal replacement shakes, Chinese Tea blends, Diet Tablets to suppress my appetite … You name it, I tried it!

 

Each time I went on a new diet, I got excited because I thought “this time will be different.”  And things would start off positive and I'd lose weight. And I had that amazing feeling of having my clothes get too big and picking out new, smaller clothes that I felt great in. But all the while I was suffering on these diets. I was hungry, deprived and I was grumpy!!

But that’s not the worst part. 

 

The worst part is that each time I hit target and moved to the "maintaining" point, all the weight came back on… every_single_ time! Maybe you can relate and know how defeating this is, particularly when often I then realised gained all the weight back and THEN some! 
 

That’s when I decided that there HAD to be a better way than being on a constant points/calories/sins program or being "locked" into a weight loss membership FOREVER just to keep myself in line!!

I made it my mission to study the real science about food and nutrition and learn why I was struggling for so many years - and I from taking those first steps I learned how to heal my metabolism so I could not only lose the weight, but keep it off for good. 

 

I finally felt freedom with the choices I made with my food and for my body, and I learned how to take care of myself in a way that felt nurturing, rather than punishing. 

It wasn't easy to start with as I needed a complete lifestyle intervention, but it led me to some pretty incredible results….

 

To date I have lost over 42 lbs and counting and my dress size has come down from a 26/24 to an 20/18, but more importantly I have kept it off, even when I have stopped my exercise for a few months or I've had the odd cheeky take away, I haven't put it back on! This had NEVER happened to me before, I was amazed! I then started using this process with clients who have also been able to lose weight without dieting or deprivation too. They now experience peace with food, feel satisfied & enjoy the food they eat - while keeping the weight off.

Will I really see results in just 7 to 14 days?
Yes! When you eat foods that aren’t right for your body, besides having excess weight, you can feel bloated, sluggish and lethargic. This Cleanse gives you the results you are looking for, some find it helps with inflammation in the body.  This cleanse can also support and alleviate issues like bloating and lethargy. And, by removing high in sugar, salt and other unnecessary ingredients in our food, the cells in your body will stop holding onto fat and the weight will release.​
